All Distributors are required to enter into a Distribution Agreement with SoftOz Pty. Ltd. Distributor Agreements are available upon request. These agreements detail the licence terms and conditions, payment arrangements, obligations, warranties and pricing schedules. Once a Distribution Agreement has been agreed to by both parties, a Distributor version of the software will be provided to the Distributor upon request. How do I become a SoftOz Distributor? You must enter into a Distributors Agreement if you desire to distribute any of the products SoftOz currently has to offer. The procedure to enter into such an agreement is as follows: Contact SoftOz via email and request the Distributorship Agreement. Complete all required information of the Agreement. Execute the Agreement by signing. Remit the executed Agreement to SoftOz. Upon SoftOz choosing to accept your application you will be notified. A Distributor version may then be requested and be prepared for your use.
