Zero Maintenance for Windows |
|
DynaWizard
is a maintenance automation system for Windows, designed for use wherever
workstation configurations need to be retained no matter what is done by
the users of the computer. Some examples of this might be classroom or
training lab computers and public access Internet terminals, DynaWizard
ensures that the workstation returns to its set configuration each time,
every time.

| Dynamic
Boot Time Maintenance |
|
DynaWizard
equipped PC's are scanned during each boot for software changes. Any files
that have been added are removed. Desktop and Start Menu shortcuts are
returned to your predetermined standard and files that have been deleted,
renamed or moved are returned to their previous state, and registry changes
are removed. This entire process takes only 20-30 seconds and you never
have to worry that applications will fail due to missing files or settings.

|
| Incremental
Change Management |
|
|
|
Adding,
removing or updating files and folders on DynaWizard equipped PC's is almost
the same as doing the same operations on your own PC. The DynaWizard Image
Manager can add, delete, update and rename both files and folders without
creating a whole new image. Changes as small as a single file and as large
as an entire operating system upgrade can be made to any image in just
minutes and only those changes will be applied to the target workstations.
|
|
| Multi-Part
Images |
|
Allows
specific files, directories or whole directory structures to be defined
as separate parts and delivered only to the PC's that you specify. Whole
applications can be defined as separate image parts and you specify which
workstations get which parts. No need to keep separate images just because
the applications are different.
|
|
| Multiple
Workstation Management |
|
DynaWizard
allows you to configure each of your workstations as unique individuals.
Items such as network name, workgroup name and IP address can be set using
the Computer Manager and will be applied to the correct workstation during
startup.
|
|
| Multiple
Hardware Management |
|
Allows
a wide range of hardware variance to be supported all in one single image.
The advantages of this are obvious. If for example you had 100 PC's which
when analysed had say 15 distinctly different combinations of hardware.
Instead of having 15 totally separate and space consuming images from which
to rebuild them, DynaWizard can support all of them from one single image
and you decide which PC's get which configurations.
